This is the one in which I tell you all about our new composting toilet. If you’re of the fairer sort who likes to flush, run away, and pretend that you were only powdering your nose in there, please note that we get a little messy, but we always wash our hands at the end.

  1. My parents had a composting system with their toilet for years. It was in the late 70’s and only a few made. They used the compost for their garden. If you have the time, patience, and fortitude, it’s a great way to enrich your soil. 🙂
